What is the Nutritional Value of Kefir?

Kefir contains 85 percent water, 5 percent carbohydrate, 3 percent, 4 percent milk fat, 4 percent protein, 2 percent minerals, vitamins and other components in 100ml (approximately 120gr).

Kefir contains 250mg of calcium. This mineral is an essential mineral for our life cycle. We can meet one fourth of our daily calcium need by consuming a glass of kefir a day.
